Our Shipping Policy details the process and timelines for processing and shipping your orders.
Order Handling Time
We take pride in preparing your orders with care.  Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Note on Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.  Any order placed outside of business hours will be considered as being received on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs.  Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination address.
* Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the shipping date.
* Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days from the shipping date.
* Overnight Shipping: Delivery is guaranteed on the next business day after the shipping date (for most addresses).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.  You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.  Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the destination.  Please be aware that additional customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or contents.  These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page.  We reserve the right to modify our shipping policy as needed, and any changes will be reflected on this page.
